At The Wooden Maps, we take great care in packaging and delivering our handcrafted wooden products to you safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to know how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All our products are handcrafted and made to order.

  • Order processing usually takes 5–10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Custom or bulk orders may take slightly longer — we will inform you in such cases.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via trusted courier partners (like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.).

  • Estimated delivery time (within India): 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on most products within India.

  • For international shipping (coming soon), charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this to track your shipment in real time through the courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailability of the recipient

  • Courier service delays beyond our control

6. Damaged Packages

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and clear photos of the damage. We’ll review and guide you for a replacement if eligible.
